With feature as follows:

Variable wire speed range from 0-40M/S,  mainly used for quarrying all kinds of stone material, such as granite, marble, sandstone. limestone, or demolish building, bridge, etc.With PLG system, it could be adjust tensioning force according to cutting face and ensuring the cutting condition. Angle adjustment range from 0-360 degree, allows to horizontal, vertical and any direciton cutting.With samll strat-up electrical current as the control input is by inverter.New text display of panel to show voltage, current and speed, ect parameter when working. Quick backward speed of machine to save time and improve working efficiency.Auto alarm and display the malfunction content once malfunction and overloading happen to the machine. Independent control box structure has good dustproof effect and stable sytem.

Remarks:

1. Standard power supply is 3-phases 380V, 50Hz. Any difference of the power should be informed. We could design and adjust the machines to be compatible with any power supply requirement (Extra price will be needed for different voltage requirement as sometimes separate voltage transformer will be necessary)

2. We have another Economical type wire cutting machines, LQ-DWS-E37-8P & LQ-DWS-EM37-8P fro granite cutting and LQ-DWS-EM-37-6P for marble cutting, which has the basic functions of standard type, difference is that the function of The translation or 3600 rotation of flywheel holder head are manual one.
